At LOWDthreads, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Please review our returns and refund policy below for both custom embroidery orders and standard products sold on our site.

Custom Embroidery Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom embroidery, we do not accept returns on any custom embroidered items.
We will only offer exchanges or refunds if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

To qualify for an exchange or refund on damaged custom items:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at [email protected].
  • Provide proof of the damage (photos are required).
  • Return the item to us for inspection at:
    429 North Street, Mason, Michigan 48854.
    Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request.

Standard Products (LOWDthreads Designs)

For non-custom items sold on our website (featuring our own designs), our standard return policy applies:

  • 30-day return window from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Sale Items

Please note that sale or closeout items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Refunds

Once your returned item (for non-custom designs or defective custom embroidery) is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at [email protected] and send the item to:

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
